All orders are processed within 2 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom or made-to-order bangles may take additional 4 days for preparation.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
Free shipping may be available on orders above 5000 PKR.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.
5. Delays & Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes).
Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delivery issues.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging.
For lost packages, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
